What is the cost?

Your only expense is the shipping of the racquets to and from Tennis Traders. We assume all stringing and upkeep costs (abuse is not covered and racquets that are returned damaged, as a result of abuse, will be billed to your credit card at the current Tennis Traders price). The shipping charges generally vary from $11 to $23 depending on the number of frames and your location. There is a maximum of four demo racquets per customer/location per shipment.

How long can I keep the racquet(s)?

It generally takes two days for racquets to arrive at their destination (not counting holidays or weekends). Once they arrive, you will have a week to play-test. They must be shipped back to Tennis Traders one week from the day they are received (for example: they arrive on Wednesday- and must be sent back the following Wednesday).

How are the racquet(s) to be returned:

A pre-printed UPS label will be included in the box. Just apply this to the outside of the original shipping carton and take to any UPSshipping station. No additional fees will be charged by UPS if it is handled in this manner.

What if I am late in returning them?

The idea is to let as many people as possible utilize the demo program. It is imperative that all demo racquets be returned on time. There will be a late fee of $2.5 per racquet/per day if they are not returned to Tennis Traders on or before the scheduled date. Customers that have not returned their demo racquets within 7 days of the scheduled return date, will automatically be billed the current Tennis Traders price of the racquets on their credit cards.

NOTE: Please CALL or E-Mail us if you have an emergency or extenuating circumstance… a one-time grace period of 3 days may be requested.
